Covenants Committee

The Covenants Committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at the Farmhouse. This committee is responsible for the respectful application of the Architectural portion of the community’s guidelines and governing documents. Committee members are appointed by the Board and serve one year terms.

All homeowners must submit an application to this committee if they wish to make any modifications to the exterior of their home/property. See Applications section below for more information.

Residents are invited to attend the meetings. If you have a pending application, your attendance will expedite processing of your application if there are any questions.

Any new exterior modification or addition requires an application. We appreciate owners who submit their applications before making a change! If you receive a letter about a change, please fill out an application and return it with a copy of your property plat, a description of the change and a picture, diagram or drawing. The more information you provide the better! If you are unsure what color your home should be painted, please contact PMP, since we do have some original paint color information on file for certain sections of the neighborhood.

All applications must be submitted to the Committee through PMP. For general questions and requests for specific information, contact PMP.

Submission Deadline for Consideration of an Application: Your application must be delivered to PMP by the Tuesday one week prior to the meeting, i.e. if the Committee meets Tuesday September 10, the submission deadline is Tuesday September 3.
