The Board of Directors establishes Committees to assist in the management of the community by recommending actions or managing the details of specific community operations.
Committee members are volunteers, donating their time to serve their Community. To volunteer for a Committee, simply fill out the form below, or you may contact PMP directly.
Communications Committee: Responsible for developing procedures and programs to facilitate communications between the Association and its members. The Committee publishes the monthly newsletter.
Covenants Committee: Responsible for the respectful application of the Architectural portion of the community’s guidelines and governing documents.
Facilities Committee: Responsible for amenities such as the Farmhouse, Tennis Courts, Pool and Playground.
Grounds Committee: Responsible for the management of the community’s common area property and all of its improvements.
Social Committee: Responsible for organizing community events for the enjoyment of the membership to foster friendships within the community.
Pool Committee: Responsible for working with our pool contractor during summer, reports to our Board of Directors with recommendations for improvements and information, coordinates with Swim Team to make sure that the BOD has all swim team info, etc. Also oversees Pool House and furnishings, etc.
Parking Committee: Responsible for all community parking issues.
