What are my payment options?
- Coupon payment – Each year, coupon booklets will be mailed in mid-December with the banking information. If you have not received your coupon booklet, or the coupon booklet was incorrect, please contact CAMP at 855-477-CAMP (2267) to speak with customer service.
- Recurring ACH/direct debit – Log into the Cira website, and on your Dashboard under Quick Links, you will see an option to “Setup Recurring Payments”.
- One time E-check- Log into the Cira website, and on your Dashboard under Quick Links, you will see an option to “Make a One Time Payment”.
- One time credit card – Log into the Cira website, and on your Dashboard under Quick Links, you will see an option to “Make a One Time Payment”.

Board meetings are the 3rd Monday of each month at the community Farmhouse (880 Macalister) @7pm. JOIN US!
On occasion, Board Meetings may be rescheduled due to holidays or other issues. Please check the event calendar for updates.
Currently there are no assigned parking spaces in Tavistock. The Board with help from the Parking committee are working to make a few changes to the current documents to help with parking solutions and the overall governance of the community.

Like any City street, non-commercial vehicles may be stored on Tavistock Drive for up to 10 days, and must be parked more than 15ft. away from crosswalks. Please note that the city has recently begun to cite vehicles stored for greater than 10 days. Overnight parking is not allowed at the Farmhouse. If you need to use this space, please contact CAMP at tavfarms@ciramail.com.

The Cira website is the portal our property management company uses to help manage our community. Residents should access the portal to see updated information regarding billing and other important information. Here is a Cheat Sheet on using the Cira website.
Architectural Changes
You should submit an architectural application for any changes made to the “exterior” of your home. This includes, but is not limited to, color changes, additions, storm doors, sheds, fences, playsets and exterior decorative objects. Buying and Selling
Yes! If you are selling your home, you are required to provide your buyers with a Resale Disclosure Package. This package includes updated Rules and Regulations for the community as well as a current annual budget. An inspection of the exterior of your property will be conducted and findings included in the Disclosure Package as well.

You’ll need to register to receive the tennis court access code. Please fill out this application.
The Tavistock Community Farmhouse is available to Tavistock residents to rent for personal, not for profit events. Pictures of the newly redecorated Community Farmhouse and the rental agreement with the details of how to rent the farmhouse, cost etc are here.
The Tavistock does allow fishing! While fishing, please be mindful of your neighbors and the local wildlife. Swimming and ice skating are not allowed at the pond, but swimming is allowed at the pool nearby.
The pool season runs from the Saturday before Memorial Day – Monday, Labor Day each year. The community pool is open for the enjoyment of Tavistock Farm residents and their guests. To visit the pool you’ll need to renew your pool pass each year (so hold on to it after the season is over). To obtain a new pass, or to renew for the upcoming season please complete your Pool Pass Application.
Tsunami registration begins in spring each year, typically on April 1st. Please visit the Swim Team page for the most up to date information.
